Well, we in PETPOSITIVE wasted no time in informing the Shah Alam council (MBSA) about the situation.

The local council officers had gone to the area several times to try and locate the dog but until today, has had no luck in finding the dog so far.

According to Puan Zuhailah Abdul Latiff, the veterinary assistant from MBSA the only GSDs that they encountered was from one house in the area with two of the canines.

Other than having no dog licenses the dogs were in good health with no signs of abuse.

The MBSA instructed the owner to get a proper license without delay.

If anyone knows of any dogs in the city that is being abused, please call the MBSA authorities at once.

The GSD's picture and plight was alerted to us in PETPOSITIVE by a reader of Petpositive Empowerment on Facebook named Loo Yuen Ping.
