DATELINE KUALA LUMPUR:
PETPOSITIVE is currently looking for animal volunteers (and their humans ) to make visits to disabled and elderly people requiring therapy services from them.
Our first visit - and a very successful one at that - was to the home of Richard and Carol Gascoigne.

All of the dogs love being taken for their brief morning jog and obedience training, which helps keep them calmer during the rest of the day, as well as being more responsive to commands.
Chrisme and Zhar getting acquainted |
Richard and Carol are both getting involved with various volunteer organisations: a school for children of Myanmar Chin UNHCR refugees to prepare them for life in the USA and now, we are very pleased to say: PETPOSITIVE, an organisation, among others, offers animal assisted therapy for disabled and elderly people in their respective homes.
Richard's daughter in California is active in a group that takes their dogs to visit nursing homes, much to the delight of the residents.
Their assistance to other organisations is in the works, and they strongly encourage others to give of their time and energy to people and animal welfare organisations.
For this special couple, they find that it enriches their own lives when they can help others who are less fortunate.
