I
was just in Petsmore in SS15 Subang Jaya. When I went in, there was a
worker kicking a dog cage along, and the dog was yelping. I told him to
slide or lift the cage so he wouldn't frighten the dog. He did. Then,
when I was paying for my cat biscuits, there was this agonised
screaming. The man serving didn't turn a hair, nor did his colleague. I
went to the back and found a girl holding down a poodle on the top of a
cage. She had the fur in his neck bunched in her hand and she was
twisting it. The dog was screaming in pain. She refused to let go
until I yelled at her. Then she said smugly, "He snapped at me, he
won't do that again." That dog was so traumatised that it hung in her
hands when she lifted it. Her attitude and that of the staff show
clearly that cruelty there is routine. I cancelled the sale and I am
NEVER EVER going back there. http://www.petsmore.com/store-locator/ss15-subang-jaya
