Animal-friendly Van From MBPJ Soon

PETPOSITIVE NEWSFLASH!
Sneak Peek: MBPJ Animal-Friendly Van

IT'S probably going to be called the "Canine Control Vehicle" (CCV) or something fancy like that when the Petaling Jaya City Council rolls out its brand-new animal-friendly lorry sometime this month.

The animal-friendly van used by dogcatchers of the council is the painstaking result of the Canine Advisory Team or CAT of MBPJ which has been working hard to get the city to abandon its age-old vehicle for this spanking new one.

It's just another sign that PJ is pleasantly become more and more animal friendly thanks to its Mayor Dato Roslan bin Sakiman.

The van is currently going through further changes recommended by the Department of Veterinary Services of Selangor.

It is expected to be launched by YB Dr Xavier Jayakumar, head of health of Selangor, in a month's time.
