DATELINE BRICKFIELDS, KL:
SEVERAL ANIMAL RIGHTS AND WELFARE GROUPS - PETPOSITIVE AMONG ONE OF THEM - will be assembling at the Brickfields Police Station this morning against the picture you see on the right.
They will be making a police report against the two young men in the photograph bearing a puppy which they had hung.
The shocking picture was widely publicised in Twitter.
The groups will be making a police report against the two for animal abuse as well as expressing their demand for respect and proper treatment of all animals in Malaysia.
The police report and the press conference immediately afterward will take place at 10.30am.

Correction... they should not hang themselves, they should be hung, tormented, and tortured by the public just as they did to this innocent animal.
Who are these two demons? Guess they must be very unloved by their mothers and obviously they have no friends or social life of any kind, which is why they gleefully take their frustrations out on a helpless little animal. Let's invite them to try the same with a Rotweiller. Pick on your own size you sad, twisted, soul-less mutants! Then let's see how wide your grins will be!
Usually serial killers start out by killing or hurting animals.
These 2 guys need help/healing - very angry young men...where are their parents and elders...they may turn into adult killers later and hurt their families and others...Somebody - please help them!

Brian Cheah Police should find out why they did the despicable act and put them on the watch list. These guys should go to the hospital and have their heads checked.
this is an old picture that has already been sent to PETA. they confirmed that this photo is in fact from mexico, and the puppy was already dead when the photo was taken.
Never underestimate arrogance and ignorance(stupidity) that cause an ill minds, breeds into a monstrous and lowlife society. If human cannot even protect animal yet destroy them, what would this classification of human falls to?
i started crying when i saw this its horrible what did this innocent puppy do to anyone? they should rot in a cell with daily beatings and no food!!!!!
