Dog Meat Incident In KL Could Be False

PETPOSITIVE NEWSFLASH!
DATELINE SETAPAK JAYA, KUALA LUMPUR:
Reports that 'live' dog meat is being sold here may be false.

PET+BLOGSPOT was informed today by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) that investigations carried out in the area to find the culprit by both the council and the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) proved fruitless.

Readers had reported in Facebook recently (see picture) that a man in a bicycle was selling the dogs for the pot. PETPOSITIVE wasted no time to report the incident both to the DVS and the DBKL.

However, a follow up report from someone claimed that the issue was misrepresented. The man was actually trying to re home the animals and made a "joke" to some people that the dogs were for the pot.

In response, Our President, Anthony Thanasayan responded to the writer that the "joke" was far from being funny and that no one should do this again and waste the time of the DVS and DBKL.

He also added that puppies being adopted in public was unethical and shouldn't be given away free. This makes it easier for them to be abused or end up a dinner for someone.
