ONE OF MALAYSIA'S most outspoken disabled activist is reported to be fighting for his life right now and needs your prayers.
Chong Tuck Meng who is a tetraplegic in a wheelchair and in his early fifties was operated on to rectify his kidney more than 24 hours ago apparently went into complications last night after his surgery.
Chong who became paralysed from the neck down more than 30 years ago is now said to be in a coma in a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur.
Said Petpositive President Anthony Thanasayan, "Chong told me he was eager to get out of the hospital and back in his wheelchair again to continue the work of improving the lives of the handicapped in the country."
Chong who hails from Bentong in Pahang is president of a couple of wheelchair sports including wheelchair basketball. Please pray for his recovery.
