Some of the Best Canine Veterinarians are Muslims

4 November 2012 at 08:40 · Edited ·

TALK ABOUT HALLOWEEN AND HOWLING HOUNDS!

Here's a great time I had representing MBPJ and PETPOSITIVE in UPM's Dogathon in 2012. The cameraman not only had a tough time keeping the canines posed for the camera but us too.

We took this picture with UPM's veterinary students.

Yes! They are Muslims. And yes, they treat dogs and pigs, that most of us don't realise. In fact, I was told that any student who feels "uncomfortable" about working with canines and pigs are told to do something else other than veterinary medicine.

Some of the best vets that I had in the past for my service dogs were Muslim vets. Three cheers for them. — with Rina Akhveen and Iltc Malaysia at UPM (University Putra Malaysia).
