PETPOSITIVE NEWSFLASH!

DATELINE PETALING JAYA:

THE PETALING JAYA CITY COUNCIL (MBPJ) is contemplating using Swedish technology to transform the business and satellite town of Section 52 disabled-friendly.

This was raised at a meeting with Swedish experts and four of MBPJ top brass last Thursday in a meeting in Kuala Lumpur.

The meeting was also attended by MBPJ Councillor and Zone 13 head where Section 52 falls under Anthony Thanasayan.

"Malaysia desperately needs a model area for disabled-friendly facilities and we have earmarked Section 52 to be the showcase," said Anthony Thanasayan.

The MBPJ heads who attended the meeting were from planning, housing, engineering and landscape.
