Especially when it comes to free and fair elections.
I wasn't able to join my justice-driven Malaysians. But from what I hear it was a street carnival of sorts that included persons with disabilities and the elderly too.
I am so glad that this time around the police force behaved themselves. They were reportedly very kind and supportive to everyone around - a complete change from several of the last street demonstrations.
This to me can only mean that the Malaysia that all of us love and want our children to excel in is finally maturing.
Thank you Bersih. Thank you Pakatan Rakyat. Thank you Polis DiRaja Malaysia. And let me not forget: thank you Prime Minister!
