DATELINE PETALING JAYA:
A report in The Star today said that two foreigners killed a pet dog by throwing it in a manhole.
The dog named Kanilla is said to be a bitch - cross between a pit bull and a dalmatian.
A police report was lodged by the owner of the dog at the Cyberjaya police station on July 31 with help from the Selangor Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), added The Star report.
