PETPOSITIVE NEWSFLASH!
DATELINE PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR:
THE founder of the animal welfare group Furry Friends Farm Sabrina Yeap has died. She was reportedly admitted into hospital last night and slipped into a coma shortly after..
Yeap was a well-known animal rescuer especially during the dramatic rescue missions that were held in Klang in the Pulau Ketam animal tragedy a few years ago.
Stray dogs were shipped to an island where they died after no food and water.
Yeap served in SPCA Selangor for many years before setting up FFF to further help unwanted animals.
"Although some of her work methods were regarded as controversial to PETPOSITIVE and other animal NGOs, Sabrina Yeap was without a doubt a par excellence animal lover.
She was Malaysia's true Dog Whisperer where she loved them and they loved her back in return. The strays in Malaysia today have indeed lost their very best friend," said PETPOSITIVE President Anthony Thanasayan to PET+BLOGSPOT.
