Stray Dogs On BFM In 30 Minutes

What is the best way of to deal with the stray situation? Euthanise them, or continue allowing them to roam the streets after they have been "fixed?"
The special guests are Anthony SB Thanasayan, chairman of Petaling Jaya City Council's (MBPJ) and the Klang Municipality's (MPK) Canine Advisory Team committees. 
 


The speakers are Zulkifli Abbas, health director of MPK and Poobalan Subramanian, the environmental assistant health officer of MBPJ.
