BFM Radio Station To Focus On Dogs And Disability Soon

PETPOSITIVE NEWSFLASH!

DATELINE PETALING JAYA

LISTENERS to business radio station BFM in the Klang Valley will be able to hear two very interesting topics in the coming new year.

And PETPOSITIVE's President, Anthony SB Thanasayan is scheduled to be the special guest on both the special slots on the independent 24-hour broadcast.

BFM's popular The Evening Edition talk show that is aired 'live' on Thursdays will be tackling the issue of stray animal issues.

Thanasayan, who is also Chairman of the Canine Advisory Team or CAT committee of both the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) and the Klang Municipality (MPK), will speak on stray management and responsible pet rearing.

Thanasayan will also be responding to issues that was brought up on a recent similar programme on BFM where a couple of animal NGOs criticised local councils for their mistreatment of dogs.

Thanasayan is expected to also bring along representatives from the canine unit of MBPJ and MPK who will field questions put forward by listeners to the show.

The special interview will take place on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 6pm until 7.30pm.

Thanasayan's second interview show will be on BFM's The Big Picture talk show on a later date in the same month.

The topic for that will be on disability.

BFM covers business news and current affairs.

The radio station can be heard on FM88.9MHz in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and certain parts of Melaka.
