PETPOSITIVE BARKING NEWS!
PETPOSITIVE has just received an SOS call informing us of what appears to be a stray dog in Ipoh which is in imminent danger.
Animal rescuer Daniya Subramaniam alerted us that the Ipoh local council (MBI) has been called in to shoot the animal to death.
The canine is apparently being kept by Malay owner, reportedly, in his front gate in a desperate attempt to rescue the animal.
However non Malay neighbours are reported to be wanting the stray shot to death. They have threatened to call the MBI to shoot the canine there and there.
However, Daniya called us up in a desperate attempt to try and rescue the animal from a cruel death.
Petpositive has contacted the Department of Veterinary Services in Ipoh. They are talking to Daniya at this very minute.
